TYPES OF PEST CONTROL PROGRAMS
ONE TIME TREATMENT
Our general pest programs consist of our initial treatment with a follow-up inspection.
*Depending on the severity of your pest problem, we may have to come back every 30 days, until the pest problem has been exterminated. This is why we perform a follow-up inspection.
We offer ongoing programs on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.
Depending on the environment, we will recommend different ongoing treatment programs to keep your pest controlled. This is why we offer a free consultation so that you get the right program for your pest control needs.
Homes are inspected and treated for the covered pest in question on a plan and other pest issues should they arise on a case by case basis. Some treatments require multiple visits to ensure the pests are gone. We offer one-time treatment with a follow-up inspection or one of our ongoing programs.
Commercial buildings should have yearly inspections, commonly there are dead spaces in commercial buildings, ie. closets, unused offices, garage bays, storage warehousing, dry goods storage (good home for rodents) Office buildings are inspected and treated for covered pests. ie, spiders, ants, rodents, and rats. according to program details. We offer one-time treatment with a follow-up inspection or one of our ongoing programs.
BARS AND RESTAURANTS
Restaurants are purely a controlled environment. They should be inspected on a monthly basis to give attention to any potential threats or current infestations. All restaurants should be on some sort of monthly inspection/pest program. We offer one-time treatment with a follow-up inspection or one of our ongoing programs.
