We offer ongoing pest control programs on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.
Depending on the environment, we will recommend different ongoing treatment programs to keep your pest controlled. We offer a free consultation so that you get the right program for your pest control needs.
RESIDENTIAL
Homes are discreetly inspected and treated for the covered pest, in question, on a plan. If other pest issues arise, they are handled on a case by case basis. Some treatments may require multiple visits to ensure the pests are gone. At Delving, we offer one-time treatments with a follow-up inspection or you can select one of our ongoing pest control programs.
Commercial
Commercial buildings should have yearly inspections for pests and rodents. There are commonly "dead spaces" in commercial buildings (i.e. closets, unused office spaces, garage bays, storage warehousing, dry goods storage, etc.) that are good homes for pests and rodents. With a Delving pest control program, office buildings are inspected and treated for covered pests (i.e. spiders, ants, mice, rats, bed bugs, and more) according to the program details. We offer one-time treatment with a follow-up inspection or you can select one of our ongoing programs.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
Restaurants and bars are purely controlled environments. They should be inspected on a monthly basis to give attention to any potential pest or rodent threats or current infestations. All restaurants and bars should be on some type of monthly inspection/pest program. Delving Pest Control offers a solution for restaurants and bars, with either our one-time treatment program with a follow-up inspection or one of our ongoing pest and rodent control programs.
